EULA - End User License Agreement

By installing and using the Software, you consent to be bound by the
terms of this Agreement.

Article 1 Copyright
All rights including the copyright concerning the executable file,
program and document of this software belong to Isoplotec Co., Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as the copyright holder).
Modification of this software without the permission of the copyright
holder is prohibited.

Article 2 License grant
You may install a licensed number of copies of the software on a
licensed number of computers and use it only on the installed computer.
This software cannot be operated remotely.

Article 3 License transfer and lending
You cannot transfer or lend to a third party.

Article 4 Quality Assurance
The copyright holder will provide a 30-day free usage period for the
customer to evaluate the quality of the software.
The copyright holder will accept information from you about the latest
version of the software failure and make efforts to correct it, but
there is no obligation to do so.

Article 5 Upgrade
In order to use the Upgraded Software, you must obtain a license for
the upgraded Software from the copyright holder.
The upgrade version means that the left digit is moved up from the
first decimal place of the version number of this software.

Article 6 Disclaimer
Under no circumstances will the copyright holder be liable for any other
damage resulting (Including but not limited to loss of business profit,
business interruption, loss of business information or other monetary
damage) from the use or failure to use this software.
Even if the copyright holder was informed about the possibility of
such damage.
In any case, the copyright holder's liability under the terms of this
agreement will be limited to the actual amount you paid for the software.

Article 7 Cancellation
If you violate the terms or conditions of this Agreement, the copyright
holder may terminate this Agreement without harming other rights.
In such cases, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
